Treatments & Services
A range of holistic treatments are available, including:
Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Japanese Acupressure, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Holistic Express Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Maternity & Postnatal Wellbeing, and Reiki Healing.
All treatments are designed to support relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care.
Appointments & Booking
• Treatments are by appointment only
• This is a home-based private salon
Availability
• Monday to Friday: 9:30 – 11:00
• Saturday: 10:30 – 15:00
• Sunday: 14:00 – 16:00

Payment
Payment is kindly requested upon booking or by the end of your treatment session.
Bank Transfer is the preferred payment method.
Cash is also accepted on the day of your appointment.
Card Payments are not currently available.

Consultation & Health
A consultation form will be completed before your first treatment.
Please inform me of:
• Pregnancy
• Skin conditions (e.g. eczema, allergies)
• Medical conditions or injuries
• Any medications
This ensures your treatment is safe and appropriate.
If your skin is feeling more sensitive (for example, due to hormonal changes), I recommend booking your treatment at a more comfortable time where possible.
If you have any concerns, a patch test can be carried out during your consultation.
Please feel free to message me if you’re unsure before booking.
Professional Care & Boundaries
Treatments are provided in a calm, respectful, and professional environment.
To maintain this space:
• No additional visitors during standard appointments
• Children should not attend unless part of a specialised session
• A quiet and relaxed atmosphere is expected
From time to time, specialised sessions may be offered, such as treatments for young people or postnatal sessions where babies are present.
These will be clearly communicated and arranged with care.
For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the session.
I reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. As I offer a limited number of appointments, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less then 24 hours’ notice, please let me know as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may apply.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. The full fee will still apply.
Missed Appointments (No-shows)
If you do not attend your appointment without contacting me, a charge of up to 100% of the treatment fee may apply. Promotional offers and discounts will not be applied in this case.
