Treatments & Services
A range of holistic treatments are available, including:
Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Japanese Acupressure, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Holistic Express Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Maternity & Postnatal Wellbeing, and Reiki Healing.
All treatments are designed to support relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care.

• This is a home-based private salon

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 – 11:00
• Saturday: 10:30 – 15:00
• Sunday: 14:00 – 16:00

Payment
• Payment is required upon booking or by the end of the session day
• Bank transfer is preferred
• Credit card payments are accepted
• Cash is accepted with the exact amount
A small additional fee may apply to card payments.
Consultation & Health
A consultation form will be completed before your first treatment.
Please inform me of:
• Pregnancy
• Skin conditions (e.g. eczema, allergies)
• Medical conditions or injuries
• Any medications
This ensures your treatment is safe and appropriate.
If your skin is feeling more sensitive (for example, due to hormonal changes), I recommend booking your treatment at a more comfortable time where possible.
If you have any concerns, a patch test can be carried out during your consultation.

Professional Care & Boundaries
Treatments are provided in a calm, respectful, and professional environment.
To maintain this space:
• No additional visitors during standard appointments
• Children should not attend unless part of a specialised session
• A quiet and relaxed atmosphere is expected
From time to time, specialised sessions may be offered, such as treatments for young people or postnatal sessions where babies are present.
These will be clearly communicated and arranged with care.
For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the session.
I reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if it is not safe or appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is carefully reserved for you.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes
Late arrival
Your session may be shortened, and the full fee will still apply.
No-show
A charge of up to 50% of the treatment price may apply.
Discounts will not be applied in this case.
