Japanese Deep Acupressure

A Japanese-beloved therapy combining rhythmic acupressure, deep vibrating movements, and mindful touch along the body’s energy lines to release tension and restore balance.

Includes gentle facial acupressure and a calming head massage.

Bespoke carrier and essential oils may be applied to areas needing extra care for deeper relaxation.

Thai Massage

Rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions, this deeply relaxing therapy combines focused acupressure along energy lines called “sen” with mindful, yoga-like stretches. The session includes gentle facial acupressure and a calming head massage. Yumi may also incorporate aromatherapy on areas of tension or stiffness to enhance balance and comfort.

Mini Massage

A calming 30-minute massage for those moments when you need quick relief and gentle rebalancing. Yumi focuses on the areas calling for the most care – such as back, shoulders, neck or head – helping ease tension and restore your sense of wellbeing.

Foot Reflexology

The feet are considered a mirror of the entire body. By applying pressure to specific reflex points, this treatment helps stimulate the functions of related organs and enhance the body’s natural energy flow. Combined with aromatherapy, it promotes deep relaxation and restores inner harmony. In a 60-minute session, you can also enjoy additional massage to the hands and arms, or the neck, shoulders, and head for total relaxation.
