Outside the treatment room, I’m a mother of two energetic boys and enjoy finding balance in everyday moments – jogging, walks in nature, quiet coffee breaks, music, and creating allergy-friendly, plant-based bakes and snacks for my boys, especially my youngest.
I come from Kobe, Japan, a city nestled between the mountains and the sea, where natural hot springs and the vibrant energy of urban life exist side by side.
